Our Employees
Fair. Respectful. Responsible.
We create an environment where our employees can thrive and succeed in the long term.
Growing together. Shaping the future.
We encourage open communication and create opportunities for dialogue – from feedback sessions to town hall meetings. At the same time, we invest specifically in the development of our employees through tailored professional development programmes, training in the use of artificial intelligence, and our internal GPT Hub.
Fairness, respect and responsibility are firmly embedded in our culture – as is our commitment to developing young talent. We are proud to rank among Germany’s 500 most popular companies for vocational training.

Workers in the Supply Chain
Trustworthy. Reliable. Collaborative.
The same principles we apply to our employees also shape the way we work with our partners. Our goal is to build long-term, trusting relationships with suppliers who meet our defined requirements and quality standards.

the Environment
Headquarter
Efficient. Committed. Local.
The responsible use of resources plays a role across various areas of our company. Through a range of measures and projects, we continuously engage with this topic.
District heating accounts for around 89% of the energy used at our headquarters in Salzbergen (FY 2025). Our electricity comes entirely from renewable energy sources. We are also gradually transitioning our vehicle fleet to electric mobility, supported by the installation of several EV charging stations and a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 288 kWp.
We also consider our supply chain in this context. Selected products use materials containing recycled or bio-based components. Our transport operations are subject to internal guidelines aimed at limiting the share of air freight.
As part of our “MAKE AN ACTIVE CHANGE” sustainability initiative, we are involved in projects including the protection of regional peatland ecosystems.
Together with our employees and in cooperation with the Naturschutzstiftung Emsland, we have taken part in three peatland conservation initiatives to help preserve these unique ecosystems – including building dams in the Leegmoor as a basis for ecological restoration and carrying out conservation work at the “Kleines Wittefehn” natural monument.
In collaboration with Ledder Werkstätten, we installed an insect hotel at our headquarters and complemented it with a specially planted wildflower meadow, providing wild bees and other insects with a protected habitat for nesting and shelter.

Partners
Long-term. Fair. Respectful.
Trusting. Reliable. Collaborative.
We are committed to building long-term, fair and respectful relationships based on clear communication. When selecting new suppliers, we ensure that our standards are met – including by the partner companies of our sublicensees.
Our logistics partners connect global sourcing with local distribution and support our commitment to quality and reliable delivery. We also see ourselves as a trusted partner to our retail and distribution partners, contributing our expertise in the development, design and production of durable textiles.
